Candidates must
 

• Be Florida Residents.

• Have a Valid License from the Florida Board of Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family or Clinical Social Work.

• Able to provide services through Therapy Notes EHR (Portal access provided). 

• Be able to apply clinical therapeutic skills including CBT, REBT, Systemic approaches. ​

• Knowledgeable of the SOAP notes requirements. 

• Efficient to render in documentation with no less than 48 hours post service rendered. 

• Willing to contract for a minimun of 1 (one) year. 

• Be able to match min. productivity requirement of 25 sessions per week. 

• Possess a CAQH #

• Possess an NPI #

• Possess Professional Liability Insurance

• Capable of collaborating with peers, supervisors as well as other disciplines and services.

• ​​Bilingual candidates preferred with strong written and oral communication skills.

• ​Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
